Candidates must have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and demonstrate His character.  We welcome candidates who love children and are called to Christian education. They are committed to identifying the gifts God has placed in each child and equipping them to fulfill their purpose.  This will be accomplished by developing their intellectual ability, nurturing their spiritual and moral growth, encouraging creativity, and instilling a desire to serve God and others.
