Student Application Process

Thank you for your interest in applying for Faith Christian Academy.  We look forward to partnering with you in your child’s spiritual and educational development.  
 
To complete the Application File, the following, additional paperwork will need to be submitted:

• Copy of student’s birth certificate
• Copy of student’s last report card (Entering 1st - 5th grade students only)
• Copy of student’s most recent test scores, if applicable
• Completed Pastoral Reference Form
• Completed Teacher’s Reference Form
