Applicants for the Faith Christian Academy Scholastic Achievement Award must submit a completed Scholastic Achievement Award Application to the Principal on or before the application deadline.
The Scholarship Application Period for 2007-2008 School Year is March 16, 2007 - April 16, 2007. (See Eligibility Section below for more details.)
Awarding of a scholarship will be based upon the following criteria/procedures:
Provisions
The selection of the Scholarship Selection Committee is final.
- The award will be given directly to FCA on behalf of the recipient.
- It is to be used within the year following the grant thereof.
- It is not transferable.
- The award must be renewed annually.
Eligibility
The application for the award is available to students with the following restrictions:
- The total family annual income must not exceed the U.S. Government established poverty level.
- The student must demonstrate 2.7 G.P.A. or better on previous report card in academics and conduct.
- The completed application and a letter of recommendation from a teacher must be submitted to the Principal on or before the application deadline (April 16, 2007).
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
