We recommend that prospective parents attend our Annual Spring Open House. Come meet the FCA staff, students, and tour our facility. An application packet and testing dates can be secured at this time (if applicable).

Once a prospective student has successfully passed our Placement Test, the application process begins.
The application process begins with the completion of a written application. Parents must submit the following documents with the completed application.
- Immunization Record
- Birth Certificate
- School Record of Progress (transcript)
- Social Security Number
