Faith Christian Academy (FCA) is a part of the Master Plan God has given To Bishop Keith A. Butler and his wife, Pastor Deborah Butler. The Academy opened in September 1982, with 36 children enrolled in K4, K5, first and second grades. The Academy was first located in the Word of Faith Christian Center church facility on Ten Mile Road in Ferndale, Michigan.
Other locations included Franklin, the west and east sides of Detroit, prior to moving to its present location in Southfield. Currently, classes are offered for Kindergarten (K5) through Grade 8, with a preschool program for children 4 years old (K4).
